, The North American big cheese in the design, manufacture and sale of snow and ice control equipment for light trucks, today announced that it will save financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012, after the close of the Stock Exchange on Monday, May 7th, 2012.
A conference call will be held to discuss the financial results on Tuesday, May 8th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Medial Time and will be hosted by Jim Janik, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Bob McCormick, Chief executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Marlborough mayor strikes deal with DPW union

The Back Committee later this month will consider whether to fund a new contract agreed on by the mayor and members of the Responsibility of Public Works union.
The proposed contract, like the deal the borough has finalized with firefighters, includes retroactive raises for union members.
The Marlborough Celebrated Works Equipment Operators Union, like the firefighters union, had been working under a corrugate that expired in June 2009.
The new contract is only good until the end of June, and the city and union representatives will promptly start working to hash out a more long-term deal.
The raises included in the understanding mirror the firefighter raises with two 1 percent raises and two 1.5 percent raises over the last two years.
In furthermore to the salary increases, the contract gives the department leader a little more power and makes other tweaks to the old handle.
Union President Michael Volpe said this week the union is delighted with the deal.
